6 Super-Simple Steps to Getting Your 1% Cash Back Rebate

1. Print the Builder Rebate Coupon by clicking HERE.
   Print as many coupons as you think you'll need.
   
   
2. Visit Our Participating Builders Page to see which builders are currently accepting the coupon.
   If the builder you are considering is not listed, you may still be able to use the coupon, but you MUST call us ahead of time, so we can contact the builder.
   
   
3. Call us at (407) 729-9695
   before visiting the builder so we can call them and inform them you are planning a visit.
   
   
4. Bring the Builder Rebate Coupon to your FIRST sales office visit.
   This will identify you as being registered with The EKDAY Team, and inform the builder that you learned about their homes from our site. Have the builder's representative sign and date the coupon. Keep a copy of the signed coupon for your records.*
   
   
5. Sign a purchase contract and fax documents to us to claim your rebate.
   You're almost there. You've found the perfect home, and completed a purchase contract. To claim your rebate**, fax a copy of both the signed coupon and signed sales contract to The EKDAY Team at 407-386-7858.
   
   
6. 
   Close on your new home.
   Close on the home for which you presented the Builder Rebate Coupon. Your rebate check from The EKDAY Team will be mailed to you within 10 to 15 business days after closing.

*Offer is not valid if potential buyer is accompanied by a real estate agent during registration or contracting, or if potential buyer has registered with a real estate agent at the Community previously.

**Rebate is 1% of the home's base selling price. Base price excludes options, upgrades and lot premiums. In addition, certain builders require that incentives be given as either a credit at closing or as a reduction of closing costs or to appear on the HUD-1 settlement statement. The EKDAY Team, and Keller Williams Advantage II Realty, reserves the right to pay the rebate in the form of paying closing costs, as a reduction to the purchase price, or otherwise based on the needs of the transaction if required by the lender, by another party to the closing or by applicable law. Rebate amount is based on The EKDAY Teams' receipt of at least a 2.5% commission. If The EKDAY Teams' commission is less, the rebate amount will be reduced accordingly.
