  2. Visit Our Participating Builders Page to see which builders are currently accepting the coupon.
    If the builder you are considering is not listed, you may still be able to use the coupon, but you MUST call us ahead of time, so we can contact the builder.

  3. Call us at (407) 729-9695
    before visiting the builder so we can call them and inform them you are planning a visit.

  4. Bring the Builder Rebate Coupon to your FIRST sales office visit.
    This will identify you as being registered with The EKDAY Team, and inform the builder that you learned about their homes from our site. Have the builder's representative sign and date the coupon. Keep a copy of the signed coupon for your records.*

  5. Sign a purchase contract and fax documents to us to claim your rebate.
